How to use ultrasonic machine to wash engine blocks?

1.Dismantling and Sorting:
1.1.Dismantling the ECU/sensors and other electronic control components.
1.2. Separate rubber/plastic seals.
1.3.Disassembled cylinder head/oil pan/piston ring. 

2. Ultrasonic cleaning :
2.1.Neutral cleaning water (PH 7.2) + 40kHz.
2.2. Ultrasonic power density ≥15W/L. 

3. Rinsing washing :
3.1 .swirl rinsing, Bi-directional rotating water flow (30rpm).
3.2. .Automatic spraying of deep holes in oil passages.

4. vacuum drying:
70°C hot air + -0.08MPa negative pressure.

5. Engine film protection:
With fully synthetic rust inhibitor solution for ultrasonic cleaning. 

Notes to prohibit to use ultrasonic machine to wash engine:
1. Do not use acid/alkali cleaners, this solution wil  cause lead-tin layer of crankshaft shingles to dissolve. 
2. Do not use overall cleaning, because the blind oil passages is with storage of fluids leading to cylinder blowout.
3. Do not use ultrasonic to clean cylinder barrel lapping grain, because cativation will make widens clearances by 3%. 

Key protective notes:
① Cast Aluminum Parts cleaning must be ≤10 minutes (anti-crystalline corrosion) .
②  The Turbine blades should use Titanium Basket to fix (in case palling) .
③  When drying, the dryer tank with oxygen content <8%(incase the anti- crankcase flash explosion).

Notes for better cleaning solution:
 1. Ultrasonic power density: cast iron ≥18W/, aluminum alloy ≤15W/L 
2.  Ultrasonic frequency option: surface sludge choose 28kHz, deep hole carbon choose 40kHz.
3.  Filtration accuracy: two-stage filter (coarse filter 100μm + fine filter 10μm).
